News/ Chuck Norris Trumps Jean-Claude Van Damme With "Epic Christmas Split" Parody—Watch!
Chuck Norris is getting in on the epic splits action!
In a hilarious new parody video, Norris (or a CGI version of the 73-year-old actor) trumps Jean-Claude Van Damme's famous gravity-defying Volvo commercial by taking things to the next level.
In the video, created by Hungarian animation firm Delov Digital and titled "Greetings From Chuck (the epic Christmas split)," a close-up shot of Norris' face is shown before the camera pans out to show the Walker, Texas Ranger star standing between two planes, one foot on each wing.
VIDEO: Channing Tatum parodies Jean Claude's splits
YouTube
The kicker? Norris has 11 servicemen perched on top of his head standing in the shape of a Christmas tree! The men light up with Christmas lights right before the holiday message "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" flashes above the high-flying stunt.
LOL!
Norris isn't the first celeb to parody Van Damme's incredible splits maneuver.
Last month, Channing Tatum hilariously mocked the video by standing on two food carts that were being pushed by movie production assistants. Tatum is then seen rolling around on the floor in pain after attempting the difficult stunt.
Watch Norris' parody for yourself!

Infinity Cell Kinetic Charger by Ideation Designs LLC
Infinity Cell is a micro kinetic charger that is designed to continuously provide power to your smart phone as you move. Say goodbye to dead cell phones and wall chargers!
Now available for iPhone 5 and 4 / 4s!
Our proprietary integrated battery conditioning circuit ensures your phone is only receiving a charge when the cell phone battery can effectively and safely accept a charge. No need to worry about over charging your phone!
How does Infinity Cell work?
Infinity Cell harnesses energy from movement! It uses kinetic energy to generate electricity and delivers it straight to your smart phone. The high efficiency patent pending generator produces maximum power output with very little motion.
Motion Creates Energy
Infinity Cell is an ultra miniaturized, high efficiency, kinetic charger. It's a revolutionary idea that we believe will change the world. Think of all the uses! Do you recall a time when you wish you had Infinity Cell?
- Needed to make an important call with little or no energy?
- Stranded with a dead, power hungry, smart phone on the side of the road?
- Traveling across a continent and far from a power source?
- Camping in the mountains and depleting battery quickly on movies and pictures?
- An alternative power source in developing countries?

Technical Summary
Design and Specifications

Infinity Cell's electrical design is capable of taking the varying voltage and current output which fluctuates between 2V and 12V and converts it to steady 5V at 200 to 500mA.
Along the way Ideation has continued to optimize Infinity Cell's footprint without jeopardizing its structural integrity. Ideation chooses materials like ABS plastic and polypropylene in order to have a super robust product that is also lightweight. Ideation evaluates the density, strength and durability of materials to ensure that we chose only the best components.
One thing Ideation is always asked is if Infinity Cell is powerful enough. Yes! Infinity Cell delivers enough power to increase iPhone 4S battery life approximately 20% with 30 minutes of motion by outputting a steady 5V at 200 to 500mA. As we work with Infinity Cell we look at different ways for Infinity Cell to generate more power more efficiently. It only gets better with more design and engineering!
- Voltage output, ~ 12 V
- DC Current output, ~ 200 - 500mAh
- Dimension, 4.8in X 2.45in X 0.6in, 122mm X 62mm X 15mm
- Weight, ~4.6 ounces, ~130 grams

- Attaches to the back of your smart phone.
- Charge your smart phone with movement.

The first Infinity Cell will be designed for IPhone 5/5s and 4/4s
Future Plans

- IPhone 5
- Samsung Galaxy
- Blackberry 10
Given the fact that smart phone dimensions are constantly changing, the Ideation team is currently working on "modular case to electronics designs" so Infinity Cell can interface with all smart phones regardless of changes in physical dimensions as smart phone versions become obsolete and replaced with new ones.

We need funds to build our first finished product before scale up. This includes design enhancements, drawing developments for manufacturability, molds and tooling, supplier costs (IC building components and materials).
Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
The design process of Infinity Cell has been so much fun! New ideas build upon old ideas as we continue trying new alternatives with different form factors and new circuitry. We at Ideation strive to provide the world with products that will improve your way of life. Infinity Cell is at a phase now where we are ready to share with the world. As we continue onto the 1st Article phase of Infinity Cell we will be working with our manufacturers to complete our 1st Article. That being said we still have a lot of turns and detours before Infinity Cell makes it to its final destination - you! During this trip the next stop is the 1st Article.Let's discuss some of the challenges Ideation is currently working through for Infinity Cell.
Operational Challenges
Resources. Ideation is comprised of 4 members (Engineers and Designers) who all have full time jobs each requiring 50+ hours / week. All of the other time that Ideation is not working in a full time capacity we are working on Infinity Cell. Ideation is committed to delivering Infinity Cell to the world, which is why we have kissed Friday nights and weekends good bye to spend time with Infinity Cell - making sure its ready for you!
Timing. Ideation has a very demanding timeline for Infinity Cell.
See below a general timeline for Infinity Cell delivery. Note: This is a projected timeline and it will change but we will continue to provide updates so you know exactly where Ideation is with Infinity Cell.

Funding Goal. Your backing will allow Ideation to pay for the molds, coils, circuit, components, hardware, labor (machining and design) time to produce the 1st article of Infinity Cell. We have preliminary quotes so we feel $155,000 will get us there but as with all products that come to market - last minute design changes happen. We included a 5% contingency into our funding goal for the design changes that will happen, this 5% contingency is an extremely small amount given the risk of design changes but we want to be fair to our backers and we really want to get you your rewards! So we decided to keep it at $155,000.
Design Challenges - Let's get technical!
Size. Infinity Cell is comprised of over 7 main components which include a total of approximately 100 sub components. That being said it is challenging fitting all of that "stuff" in a tight space. Along the way Ideation has continued to optimize Infinity Cell's foot print without jeopardizing its structural integrity.
Weight. Ideation choses materials that are essential and effective for optimal Infinity Cell operation. Ideation evaluates the density, strength and durability of materials to ensure that we chose only the best componentry all while keeping Infinity Cell light weight.
Magnetism. Ideation uses a special technology to dampen any magnetic field that Infinity Cell omits.
Power Output. One thing Ideation is always asked is if Infinity Cell is powerful enough? Yes! Infinity Cell delivers enough power to increase iPhone 4S battery life approximately 20% with 30 minutes of motion. As we work with Infinity Cell we look at different ways for Infinity Cell to generate more power more efficiently. It only gets better with more design and engineering!
We hope you back Infinity Cell and share our page with your friends. Thanks again for checking out Ideation's Kickstarter page! If you have already backed then thanks so much! YOU are a change agent!
